Remedy uses the services of Rehability, a rehabilitation
business operating in Melbourne since 1998, to provide allied
health care in the home. Our parternship with Rehability
allows us to offer care coordination services, physiotherapy
and occupational therapy services. Rehability supports the
substitution of inpatient rehabilitation with home-based
rehabilitation, while also supporting visits to patients at high
risk of hospital admission with services designed to improve
their daily care, safety and quality of life. Patients registered
with the Bone Health Program or Healthy Heart Program
may also benefit from accessing in-home services provided
by Rehability to supplement telephone-based services.
