There’s no place like home for patients who are recovering from surgery. And there’s growing evidence that for many people, home rehabilitation works as well or better than hospital-based rehabilitation. 1

Convenient and cost-effective, Remedy Home Healthcare services provide expert in-home care, reducing the need for hospital admissions.

Our personalised care plans draw on an integrated suite of quality healthcare services, delivered by credentialed providers.

Services are tailored to individual needs – not the other way around – with an extensive service menu, from rehabilitation and hospital care at home, to allied health, nursing and more.

It’s why we continue to experience increasingly more patients opting to recover at home with Remedy Healthcare and more health funds and hospitals choosing to engage Remedy Healthcare to provide these quality healthcare services.

In addition to the exercises, an important part of our program is walking regularly. Your physiotherapist will develop a walking program for you, outlining the distance to cover in your walks.

  • Connected Care

Connected Care adds an extra layer of support to our in-home services. Connected Care coaching services can include; managing an existing condition, managing weight or understanding your medications. Remedy can also help you or your loved one to navigate the health, aged and disability sectors.
