We know independence is essential to a happy, healthy life. Our community allied health and nursing teams are dedicated to helping people achieve their goals and strengthen their ability to live confidently in their home and community.
Occupational therapy, physiotherapy, podiatry, exercise physiology, osteopathy, nursing and dietetics – we can provide personalised support to help your client better manage their health, improve their mobility and enjoy more independence for longer.
We focus on the whole person and their life at home – because that’s where health begins. Our allied health practitioners will visit the client in their own home, in an aged care facility or online using our telehealth services, so they benefit from personalised care in the comfort and privacy of their own environment.
Good foot health is essential in helping people enjoy their independence and mobility, pain free. Our podiatry team will assess the condition of the patient’s feet, ankles and lower legs, and provide a range of primary foot care and treatments for conditions arising from ageing, disability or injury.
Our experienced physiotherapists work with people of all ages and conditions to achieve their health and lifestyle goals, whether through rehab, pain reduction or improving mobility. Where possible, we treat our clients in the safety and comfort of their own environment, either in-person or via telehealth.
Our registered nurses provide holistic, personalised care in the home to help clients recover fast and stay well. Our nursing team is highly experienced and qualified to maintain exceptional clinical care standards.
Our occupational therapists help clients live with more independence and mobility. After assessing their needs, the OT will employ a range of strategies to work towards their goals, whether to help them live more safely, make daily life easier or restore confidence in the things they used to do.
Our exercise physiologists work with clients on comprehensive exercise programs working towards improving their physical functioning, strength and fitness. Our team specialises in rehab and exercise interventions for people of all ages and abilities, with advice and support to help people make changes that will improve their health.
The Commonwealth Government’s Home Care Package program helps older people live in their own homes for as long as possible. The program gives the individual funding to pay for long-term support services that can change as their needs change.
The Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) is a high quality, entry level support program for people aged over 65 (or 50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) who require basic support to maintain their independence in their home and community.
