Risk Assessment and Prediction Tool (RAPT)

The RAPT is a preoperative survey developed to predict the discharge destination of patients undergoing elective hip and knee arthroplasty surgery. The tool can help you identify patients who will need the most help after discharge, commence early discharge planning, and align a patient’s expectations about what is needed following surgery.
