As we deal with the ongoing challenges of COVID-19, we’re providing a combination of in-home care and telehealth services. Our priority is to keep delivering the essential care you need while keeping everyone safe and well.
As a participant, you’ll be matched with an NDIS Navigator who coordinates our services and helps you achieve your goals. Your NDIS Navigator is also a qualified clinician who understands NDIS funding and will keep you up-to-date with the things you need to know.
Our health professionals are trained to meet your needs and can help you for a short time or offer long-term support.
If you are not already a participant of the NDIS please call 1800 800 110 or visit www.ndis.gov.au for assistance in testing eligibility and applying for access to the NDIS.
New telehealth services
We’ve launched Telehealth Services for physiotherapy and occupational therapy consultations.
Telehealth is an online video or telephone consultation with physiotherapists and occupational therapists who have received specific training in the delivery of telehealth services. It’s similar to a face-to-face consultation, just delivered remotely. It will still give you the support you need to manage your condition.
For these sessions, we use Coviu, a secure tele and video conferencing platform specifically designed for these types of services. You’ll need a good Wi-Fi connection and, ideally, a laptop or tablet with camera and microphone.
Remedy Healthcare
Monday – Friday during business hours on 1300 784 790 or email NDIS@remedyhealthcare.com.au
Have an in depth conversation with your NDIS navigator about your needs and how we can help, or send a referral and we will call you back.
We provide you with a comprehensive Service Agreement which outlines the services to be delivered, costs and time frames.
This way, you can be confident of the arrangements.
Your NDIS Navigator keeps in touch throughout your Service Plan to make sure you’re on track.
We will work with you when reports are submitted and when it is time for your service plan to be renewed.
