His role is to provide operational leadership for the delivery of all clinical and back office services. This encompasses managing a substantial nationwide clinical workforce across nursing and allied health, ensuring quality and compliant services, developing operating models to sustain legislative and industry changes to funding and compliance. Mike is also responsible for the delivery of Remedy’s project portfolio including our substantial investment in technology, process redesign and our most important asset, our people.

In her role as Clinical Director she oversees clinical governance and quality, and the design and evaluation of Remedy’s programs and services. Prior to joining Remedy, Jeannie’s previous clinical leadership roles were with educational and digital health organisations. Her background includes postgraduate studies in health ethics, and the sociology of science, technology and medicine, in Australia and the U.S.

Ann-Maree brings with her over 20 years of senior management experience in both Finance and Administration across both Corporate and SMEs and is supported by a strong finance and account management team whose team work, attention to detail and professionalism have enabled the alignment and success of strategic objectives across the business. Ann-Maree’s focus is to build relationships with our customers, by designing solutions to meet the customer’s needs. Ann-Maree is proud to have been described as a cultural architect and is guided by Remedy Healthcare’s values of Warm, Bold and Honest, values which are ingrained in everything she does.

Her role is to provide operational leadership for the delivery of health services in the community, including managing a national clinical workforce across nursing and allied health. 

A physiotherapist by background, Amy is passionate about making a positive impact in the healthcare industry and strongly believes in creating a great place to work for Remedy’s employees. She has previously worked with Ramsay Healthcare, Epworth Health Care, private practice, the Victorian public hospital system, and the NHS in the UK.

Amy has an MBA from Melbourne Business School and was awarded a Dean’s Commendation Award for her academic performance. She has tutored MBA students at Melbourne Business School in Business Strategy and Marketing and has presented at national healthcare conferences on harnessing employee engagement in healthcare teams. Amy’s experience and business qualifications are underpinned by a Master of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) and a Diploma of Management.  

Jane’s career as a health professional began in physiotherapist clinical roles throughout the acute and sub-acute public health services at Melbourne Health and St Vincent’s hospital. An interest in the broader aspects of health prompted the commencement of post graduate studies and the move to leadership and management roles in the sub-acute ambulatory care services. Jane has also worked in London as a research officer position at the UK National Heart and Lung Research Institute, Imperial College London.

She is a passionate advocate for client centred, best practice care delivered efficiently and effectively. Carol has proven expertise in change, process improvement, project implementation and people engagement. Carol has worked in Hong Kong (Duchess of Kent Children’s Hospital), Darwin (Royal Darwin Hospital), rural and metro Victoria and in the United Kingdom (Wrightington Hospital), and has experience in clinical specialities ranging from orthopaedics, paediatrics, clinical pilates, rehabilitation, and hydrotherapy.

In previous roles Helen has supported the implementation of a range of services for a variety of Government and Corporate clients. These have included telephone-based triage and healthcare advice services, mental health triage and counselling, disease management and wellbeing solutions. Helen holds a Bachelor of Health Information Management, and worked in London for 4 years auditing hospital funding systems for the NHS.

Glentin has over 7 years’ experience working in the healthcare industry at the primary health, community health and public health level. With a background as an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Glentin has a true passion for improving the health of the Australian population by improving access to support services. In her previous role, Glentin lead the Remedy telehealth coaching team in delivering chronic disease self-management programs for clients across Australia. Prior to joining Remedy, Glentin has developed and implemented a diverse range projects from a setting up and running a medical clinic for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to establishing childhood obesity programs.

Committed to his craft, Jonathon has a Master of Design (Graphic Design) from RMIT University, plus numerous other tertiary qualifications in the creative arts.

In the role of Brand and Customer Experience Design Lead Jonathon focuses on the design, implementation, and management of interactions that happen across the entire customer journey. Jonathon’s insight into brand has informed and helped shape Remedy’s visual identity from inception across a variety of touch points including print, environmental and digital.
