We know independence is essential to a happy, healthy life. Our community allied health and nursing teams are dedicated to helping people achieve their goals and strengthen their ability to live confidently in their home and community.
Occupational therapy, physiotherapy, podiatry, exercise physiology, osteopathy, nursing and dietetics – we can provide personalised support to help your client better manage their health, improve their mobility and enjoy more independence for longer.
We focus on the whole person and their life at home – because that’s where health begins. Our allied health practitioners will visit the client in their own home, in an aged care facility or online using our telehealth services, so they benefit from personalised care in the comfort and privacy of their own environment.
Good foot health is essential in helping you enjoy your independence and mobility, pain free. Our podiatry team will assess the condition of your feet, ankles and lower legs, and provide a range of primary foot care and treatments for conditions arising from ageing, disability or injury.
Our experienced physiotherapists will work with you to achieve your health and lifestyle goals, whether through rehab, pain reduction or improving mobility. Where possible, we will treat you in the safety and comfort of your own environment, either in-person or via telehealth.
