New telehealth services

See how our new telehealth services for physiotherapy and occupational therapy can support you.

Telehealth is an online video or telephone consultation. It’s similar to a face-to-face consultation, just delivered remotely. Because our physiotherapists and occupational therapists have been trained in the delivery of telehealth services, it will still give you the support you need to manage your condition.

All you need is a good Wi-Fi connection and, ideally, a laptop or tablet with a camera and microphone. We’ll do the rest using Coviu, a secure platform designed specifically for these services.

Nursing

Our Queensland team of registered nurses provide holistic, personalised care in the home to help people recover fast and stay well. Our nursing team is highly experienced and qualified to maintain exceptional clinical care standards. We are also proud to provide nursing services for veterans and their widows in their own homes through the Department of Veterans (DVA) community nursing program.

Physiotherapy - In home and and telehealth

We have experienced physiotherapists who can assess you and prescribe exercises and advice to assist with pain reduction and increasing your mobility.

Occupational Therapy - In home and telehealth

Our occupational therapists can help you keep living the way you want by modifying your home to make daily life easier, or even working with you to restore your confidence in doing the things you used to.

Discover your funding options

Home Care Package (HCP)

The Commonwealth Government’s Home Care Package program helps older people live in their own homes for as long as possible. The program gives the individual funding to pay for long-term support services that can change as their needs change.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Remedy Healthcare is a registered NDIS provider of Allied Health Services. Eligible NDIS participants can request our services to assist them with rehabilitation, mobility and other support to help them achieve their specific goals.

Pay as you go

Pay as you go for the services you need. Whether you’re waiting for government funding to be processed or you don’t qualify for funding support, you can still access the services you need to meet your health goals.

Private Health Insurance

The health care services you need may be funded or partially funded through your private health insurance, depending on you cover. Check your policy or speak to your health insurer for details.
