New telehealth services

We’ve launched Telehealth Services for physiotherapy and occupational therapy consultations.

Telehealth is an online video or telephone consultation with physiotherapists and occupational therapists who have received specific training in the delivery of telehealth services. It’s similar to a face-to-face consultation, just delivered remotely. It will still give you the support you need to manage your condition.

For these sessions, we use Coviu, a secure tele and video conferencing platform specifically designed for these types of services. You’ll need a good Wi-Fi connection and, ideally, a laptop or tablet with camera and microphone.

Occupational Therapy - In home and telehealth

Our occupational therapists can help you keep living the way you want by modifying your home to make daily life easier, or even working with you to restore your confidence in doing the things you used to.

Physiotherapy - In home and and telehealth

We have experienced physiotherapists who can assess you and prescribe exercises and advice to assist with pain reduction and increasing your mobility.

Podiatry

Get back on your feet with our podiatry service. Our podiatrists will assess the condition of your feet and treat any foot or ankle related issues, such as corns, callouses, and diabetes.

Personalised nursing care

Our registered nurses provide holistic, personalised care in the home to help clients recover fast and stay well. Our nursing team is highly experienced and qualified to maintain exceptional clinical care standards.

Discover your funding options

Home Care Package (HCP)

The Commonwealth Government’s Home Care Package program helps older people live in their own homes for as long as possible. The program gives the individual funding to pay for long-term support services that can change as their needs change.

Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)

The Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) is a high quality, entry level support program for people aged over 65 (or 50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) who require basic support to maintain their independence in their home and community.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Remedy Healthcare is a registered NDIS provider of Allied Health Services. Eligible NDIS participants can request our services to assist them with rehabilitation, mobility and other support to help them achieve their specific goals.

Pay as you go

Pay as you go for the services you need. Whether you’re waiting for government funding to be processed or you don’t qualify for funding support, you can still access the services you need to meet your health goals.

Private Health Insurance

The health care services you need may be funded or partially funded through your private health insurance, depending on you cover. Check your policy or speak to your health insurer for details.
